Mechanics: Successfully apply for a teachers’ salary loan via the Komo app and get 1 free Burger McDo. Promo runs from Feb 1 to 28, 2025. Capped at 1 Burger McDo Solo per user.

Eligibility:

Application has been successfully submitted within the promo period.
Promo is limited to one customer only: regardless of number of applications submitted.
Incentive will only be given 7 business days after the loan is approved.
Applicable to all new loan and re-loan application via the Komo app only

Users not eligible for the promo:

Teachers’ salary loan application done in-store / via branch
Applications via the Komo app submitted outside of the promo duration of February 1 to 28, 2025
Rejected applications

Reward Crediting Process: Eligible customers will get a code from the Komo PH SMS ID that they can show in select McDo branches nationwide to claim their Burger McDo. Codes will be sent to eligible users within 7 business days after the loan is approved. Eligible users can redeem their Burger McDo up to 60 days from receipt of voucher code.

1. What is the Promo?

Successfully apply for a teachers’ salary loan via the Komo app during the promo period and get 1 free Burger McDo when your application has been approved. Promo runs from Feb 1 to 28, 2025. Capped at 1 Burger McDo Solo per user.

2. Who can avail this Promo?

Accounts eligible to file for a teachers’ loan are:

A) Komo Savings Account Holder

B) Existing applicant for a Komo savings account; and

C) Linked RB account on Komo i.e., customers who have an EWRB savings account—ATM DepEd Savings, Individual Regular Savings, or Regular ATM Savings linked on their Komo app

3. How do I join the Promo?

1. Applicant should meet the requirements below to be eligible for loan and reloan applications:

a. Must be in service under DepEd for at least six (6) months

b. Integrated in the Regional/Division/School Automatic Payroll Deduction System (APDS)

c. Must have an active EastWest Rural Bank or Komo savings account already linked/used to enroll to Komo mobile app

2. Applicant must provide photos of the following upon application:

a. Any valid ID (PRC ID, DepEd ID, UMID, etc.)

b. Latest month Pay Slip

c. Appointment or Service Record (for new or 1st ever EastWest Rural Bank Teacher’s Salary Loan applications)

Customer should apply for a loan or a reloan via the Komo app (not via branch).

4. When is the Promo Period?

The promo period runs from February 1 to February 28, 2025.

5. When will I receive the voucher?

Eligible customers will receive a voucher code via SMS from Komo PH SMS ID within seven business days after the loan has been approved. This code can be redeemed at participating McDonald’s branches nationwide.

6. How many free Burger McDo vouchers can I get?

Each eligible customer can receive only one free Burger McDo during the promo period.

7. How long is the voucher code valid?

The voucher code for the free Burger McDo is valid for 60 days from the date of receipt.

8. Can I transfer or share my voucher code?

The voucher code is non-transferable and can only be used by eligible customers.

9. Can I use the voucher code for other McDonald’s menu items?

No, the voucher code is strictly for one free Burger McDo and cannot be exchanged for other menu items or converted to cash.

10. Where can I redeem the voucher code?

The voucher code can be redeemed at select McDonald’s branches nationwide.

11. Can I join if I open a new EWRB ATM DepEd savings account during the promo period?

Yes, you are eligible to join the promo if you open a new EWRB ATM DepEd Savings account, link it to the Komo app and apply for a teachers’ salary loan via the app during the promo period -- provided you meet all other eligibility requirements.
