ANNOUNCEMENT

New Minimum Balance Requirement of ₱2,000 ADB starting November 1

To maintain our high level of service quality, Komo will be requiring a ₱2,000 ADB minimum balance monthly starting November 1, 2024. Accounts with balances lower than this requirement will be charged an account maintenance fee of ₱100 monthly.

Customers that have zero ADB for 90 days will also be subject to automatic system closure without further notice.

Rest assured that this is to ensure continued high quality of services. In case your Komo account is below this minimum requirement, make sure to deposit to avoid any unnecessary fees and/or closure. Thank you!

  • What is ABFC and will I now be charged for withdrawals using my Komo debit card?
On April 7, 2021, banks in the Philippines will switch to a new charging model called the Acquirer Based Fee Charging model. This means that starting April 7, the bank which owns the ATM will be the one charging all fees. Despite this change, Komo customers will continue to enjoy unlimited free withdrawals at EastWest ATMs and up to 4 free withdrawals per month for other BancNet ATMs until further notice.
